ENNEAGRAM UNRAVELED

About Tara...
I was raised in a small town in North Central Pennsylvania. I majored in Elementary Education at Bloomsburg University where I won 2 National championships in field hockey. I’ve always loved sports and mentoring, and was able to do both after college when I mentored athletes through Athletes in Action at Michigan State and USC, while also leading summer projects in inner city Los Angeles. While in LA, I met my husband Celestine and we co-founded the nonprofit, CryOut, which utilized expressive arts as a platform for youth to address social justice in their community. We moved to Seattle, ran our nonprofit for 10 years, and had 3 daughters.
We’ve been back in Los Angeles since 2017. You can find me at the gym, on the soccer field cheering for my 3 daughters who play club, or on the pickleball court. My passion is sports and mentoring and using the Enneagram to bring about self-awareness and self- discovery.
Becoming more self-aware can transform the way we engage with others. It helps us own what is ours to own and accept others for who they are. Often times we make assumptions about others and can judge the way they go about life. We all have different worldviews and it’s helpful to embrace how others see the world. When we don’t take time to learn about ourselves and be open to others, it makes for confusion that can be prevented if time is taken to get behind the motive of why we do the things we do.
The enneagram is a tool that helps explore the “why” behind behaviors and what truly motivates us. We all have a unique story and my passion is to help you learn yourself and use the enngream to help you live a more self aware and free life in how you engage yourself, others and the world around you .
